Today, BNP Paribas Cardif is seeking an IT Project Manager who will facilitate and manage relationships between vendors, the IT department, and business units, ensuring the proper execution of new projects, developments, and technological maintenance. You will be responsible for guaranteeing that business requirements are translated into effective solutions, optimizing time, cost, and quality of deliverables. Job functions What are the main challenges of the role? Manage the portfolio of maintenance projects and new developments. Coordinate and facilitate internal management among different IT teams, QA, infrastructure, and business units. Meet with sponsors and requesting departments to clarify requirements and ensure they meet business needs. Ensure compliance with defined costs, efforts, and deadlines for each project or improvement. Identify and report obstacles clearly, promptly, and proactively to management. Maintain fluid and constant communication regarding project progress, risks, and outcomes. Adopt a technical stance toward users, effectively mediating between technical and functional teams. Supervise and guide a junior analyst, promoting their professional development and goal achievement. Use management tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, and advanced Office applications for tracking and analysis. Qualifications and requirements How do you know if you're a good fit for this position? We are looking for someone who: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Programming, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional analysis or IT project management, preferably in financial or insurance sectors, with involvement in gathering and specifying functional requirements, project management, and agile methodologies. Desirable skills Goal and service orientation Proactivity: Ability to anticipate risks and propose timely solutions. Languages and frameworks: Java, Angular, SFTP, Datastage. Version control: Bitbucket, GitLab. Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle. Containers: OpenShift. Agile tools: Jira, Confluence. Platforms and management: ServiceNow, Power BI, Advanced Microsoft Office. Methodologies: Scrum / Agile / IT Project Management. English level: Intermediate (desirable).
