Coordinate contractual communications with clients and third parties **Contract Leader (3 vacancies)** **Specialists in business organization and administration and related fields, not classified under other headings \- Lawyers** ================================================================================================================================================================== ### **CONTACT INFORMATION** **Company:** Alstom **Economic activity:** Electricity ### **DESCRIPTION** Main responsibilities: \-Lead contractual project management together with the Project Manager. \-Supervise contractual obligations, milestones, and deliverables. \-Manage claims and counterclaims: time extensions, change orders, and amendments. \-Prepare documentation and supporting evidence for negotiations and claims. \-Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, and financial risks. \-Coordinate contractual communications with clients and third parties. \-Monitor and report on Contract Management KPIs. \-Provide contractual support to Project, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain departments. Requirements: \-Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. \-Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management. \-Intermediate English proficiency. \-Knowledge of Power BI.
