Our next Software Development Engineer will be responsible for developing medium-complexity features from start to finish, proposing technical solutions that keep our platforms competitive and aligned with product strategy. They will ensure solution quality through sound development and testing practices and contribute to technical design when needed. What will you do? Develop and enhance features following company standards, business requirements, and compliance needs. Ensure software quality through best practices, testing, and participation in code review processes (e.g., PR reviews). Design technical solutions by authoring design documents, estimating effort, and supporting scope definition. Collaborate with teams such as Product, QA, and Support to implement changes and resolve incidents or tickets, identifying root causes and proposing improvements. Participate in production deployments, integration processes, automation, and CI/CD pipeline usage. Maintain documentation, clean code, and engage in learning and continuous improvement activities within the team.
