Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled gardener for the maintenance of gardens and green areas, with experience in handling tools, knowledge of plants, and soft skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain gardens and green areas, conduct pest control, and care for plants. 2. Operate gardening machinery, perform cleaning and pruning. 3. Be proactive, communicative, detail-oriented, and responsible. We require hiring gardening personnel who are trained for this position and have experience handling tools, knowledge of plants, fertilizers, etc. **Responsibilities:** \- Maintain gardens and green areas. \- Plant and care for flowers, trees, and shrubs. \- Control plant pests and diseases. \- Operate gardening machinery and manual tools. \- Control weed growth in the green areas of the facility. \- Perform garden cleaning, mow lawns, prune and plant trees as required. \- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their repairs. \- Water plants and maintain a clean and orderly environment. \- Be physically capable of performing work at heights. \- Be proactive, possess soft skills, demonstrate good interpersonal communication, be detail-oriented, handle tools and work materials carefully, work under pressure, and be responsible and punctual. **Benefits:** \- Professional career development. \- Positive work environment. \- Agreement with Caja de Compensaciones Los Andes. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $600\.000 \- $680\.000 per month Experience: * Teaching: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
