Your challenge will be to lead the sale and negotiation of properties and land received via dation in payment and mandate, leveraging a team of real estate brokers, online portals, investment funds, etc., to ensure company liquidity. What will you do? Receive new properties from the R1 Standardization and CORFO departments for sale. Visit new properties and prepare a status report, verifying whether the valuation corresponds to the property's actual market value. Deliver properties to brokers or investment funds to initiate sales activities.
