For the Channels/Branches Management team, we are looking for INTEGRATED EXECUTIVES for the Ahumada branch, with the challenge of ensuring excellent customer service quality — addressing inquiries and achieving 100% resolution of customer requests. Your responsibilities will also include: * Promote the Digital Bank strategy by advising customers on using digital platforms (mobile app, website). * Resolve customer requests and needs across various areas — including inquiries, requests, complaints, and general advice — delivering high-quality service that positively impacts NPS. * Achieve sales targets by offering Falabella Financial products (credit/debit cards, consumer loans, cash advances, checking accounts, associated insurance, and other cross-sales) to customers based on platform assessments. * Support the branch security team during opening and closing procedures according to your assigned shift. Align with and follow security protocols as instructed by your supervisor.
