Operational and Logistics Assistant – Class B Driver (Field and Workshop) At Grupo Nativo (La Granja Commune), we are looking for a proactive and dynamic Operational Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. We do not seek a passive driver, but rather a strategic collaborator with initiative and problem-solving capabilities—both on the road and within our workshop. What Are We Looking For in You? \- Documentation: Valid Class B driver’s license and an impeccable driving record. \- Social Skills: Excellent communication, friendliness, and empathy when interacting with customers, suppliers, receptionists, and security personnel in the field. Ability to resolve unforeseen situations resourcefully. \- Collaborative Attitude: Proactive, organized, and versatile individual who enjoys teamwork and is willing to provide support wherever needed. Your Main Responsibilities: \- Logistics and Route Operations: Driving company vehicles, picking up and purchasing materials, conducting in-person quotations, and delivering samples or products. \- Fleet Maintenance: Ensuring order, cleanliness, and proper condition of assigned vehicles. \- Workshop Support: Actively assisting when workshop workflow demands it (final furniture cleaning, packaging, manual assistance to furniture assemblers or the graphic department). \- Environmental Oversight: Proactively helping maintain order in shared spaces (workshop, cafeteria, garbage removal) and reporting operational needs. Conditions: Net Salary: Range of $650\.000 monthly (based on performance and proactivity). Contract: Initial fixed-term contract with a real possibility of transitioning to an indefinite contract upon evaluation. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. (with flexibility for overtime). Location: La Granja Commune. Salary: $600\.000 \- $700\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
