Position Summary: A dedicated professional with a strong service orientation to lead preventive management, implement occupational safety and health plans, and mitigate risks in a project. We are seeking a committed professional with a pronounced service vocation to join a highly relevant project located in the northern zone of the Metropolitan Region. If you meet the requirements and are looking for a dynamic challenge, we invite you to apply. **EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENTS** (Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria) * Education: Professional Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering. * Technical Experience: Proven experience implementing the PROSEMEH Program. * General Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience providing occupational safety and health consulting services, implementing preventive programs, and ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. * Residence: Valid domicile in one of the following northern-zone communes: Pudahuel, Quilicura, Independencia, Recoleta, Huechuraba, or Conchalí. * Availability: Immediate. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** The selected professional will lead the project’s preventive management through the following guidelines: * Operational Management: Implement the Occupational Safety and Health Plan and ensure correct application of regulatory policies. * Field Control: Monitor and mitigate critical operational risks, investigate occupational accidents and diseases (including DIAT and DIEP management and processing). * Training: Design and deliver safety inductions, 5-minute safety talks, and technical training sessions for both internal staff and clients. * Technical Advisory: Provide specialized support to area supervisors, joint committees, and client counterparts. * Administration and Reporting: Prepare periodic preventive reports and manage corresponding administrative documentation with the Safety Mutual. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES** * Solid understanding of Law No. 16.744 and related ISO standards. * Proficiency in using and managing the Safety Mutual’s digital platforms. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Key competencies: Responsibility, organization, outstanding communication skills, and continuous improvement orientation. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Work Schedule: Shift-based regime (5 days on, 2 days off), under Article 22. * Location: Northern zone of the Metropolitan Region. Salary: $1,200,000 – $1,300,000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
