We're small enough that your code ships fast and your decisions matter, and Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT) backs us so the problems stay real\-scale. ### **About This Role** We're hiring a senior QA engineer focused on ERP integrations as the core of the role. You own quality end\-to\-end and shape how the team tests, from test design and automation infrastructure through to release gating and production observability. You already use AI as part of how you think, build, test, and ship. You'll catch problems before code that moves money hits production, design the test automation other engineers depend on, and lead modernization of the test estate as new capability ships. Your squad owns the in\-product workflows Xe runs inside Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (F\&O), and Xero, and the accounting orchestration layer behind them. You'll work in a small team with direct access to engineering, product, and compliance, own quality strategy for your domain, lead test architecture decisions, mentor mid\-level QA engineers, and partner with architects and team leads on cross\-domain quality decisions. ### **What You'll Do** * Design and own contract tests and integration test harnesses for the ERP and accounting platforms our customers run (Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (F\&O), and Xero), and for the banking partner APIs behind multi\-currency and payment flows. * Lead the design of the test automation that gates code into production, across ERP onboarding, multi\-currency accounts, payment initiation, KYB verification, and settlement. * Set the balance of manual and automated testing for your domain: write test cases, run manual tests where they are the right tool, and lead automation in Playwright and equivalent frameworks. * Own CI/CD quality strategy for your domain (release\-blocking signals, flaky\-test triage, test infrastructure health), lead production incident investigation, and translate findings into automated tests and process improvements. * Lead design reviews of test architecture, set quality direction for your domain, and mentor mid\-level QA engineers. * Use agentic coding tools and AI test tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent; test generation, eval frameworks, or equivalent) daily, and lead the build of the test estate for new capability on the modern stack. ### **What We're Looking For** **Must\-have** * 6 to 10\+ years building production test automation, end\-to\-end. * Strong test automation skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C\#, including test framework design, system design, and test architecture experience. * SQL and relational database fundamentals (for test data, validation, and debugging). * API testing (Postman, Bruno, or equivalent) and UI automation (Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent). * Functional and non\-functional testing principles (reliability and security) and disciplined defect management, with hands\-on performance, load, or resilience testing (k6, JMeter, or equivalent). * Comfortable generating test cases and running manual tests where they are the right tool, alongside building automated coverage. * Daily use of agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) and AI test tools (test generation, eval frameworks, or equivalent) across the SDLC. * Production experience with AWS in a development or test context, and CI/CD pipeline ownership (GitHub Actions or equivalent), including building release gates. * Payments, FX, or regulated\-industry experience. * Track record of QA technical leadership: setting test architecture, leading code reviews of test automation, and making quality decisions in your domain. * Strong written and verbal communication. **Nice\-to\-have** * Experience with ERP integration testing (Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F\&O, or Xero). * Experience with contract testing for partner integrations (Pact or equivalent). * Experience testing Windows client applications. * Mobile app test automation. * Experience leading modernization of test estates or quality programs. * Familiarity with other parts of Xe's tech stack, such as Salesforce or Oracle SQL. ### **Perks \& Benefits** * Free Life Insurance * Supplemental Medical \& Dental Insurance * Internal emergency loans * Birthday day off * Various discounts via Caja Los Andes * Euronet stock purchase (quarterly option) * Remittance service with no commission for immediate family * Annual salary reviews * Agreement with Smart Fit (Gym) We want Xe to be a great place to work and to ensure that our communities are represented across our workforce.
