If you are an organized, proactive individual interested in developing your career in tendering and construction, this could be a great opportunity for you. **Your initial objective will be:** To support the Studies Department in reviewing and analyzing documentation associated with each tendering process, as well as in preparing and submitting bids in which the company participates. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and requesting quotations for inputs, services, and subcontractors required for conducting studies and formulating competitive proposals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the review and management of documentation for tendering processes. * Coordinate the collection of technical, financial, legal, and administrative background information. * Collaborate in the preparation, consolidation, and submission of bids. * Request and follow up on quotations for materials, equipment, services, and subcontractors. * Maintain updated documentation of professionals and corporate background information. * Manage certificates of experience and work progress reports. * Support the updating of the Corporate Curriculum Vitae and the General List of Completed Projects. * Participate in training and technical development activities related to the business. **Requirements** * Civil Engineer, Civil Constructor, Construction Engineer, Construction Technician, or related degree. * Up to 1 year of professional experience. * Proficient user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to processes. * Proficient user-level knowledge of Microsoft Project. **Join those who pave the way!** "At Grupo de Empresas Colas in Chile, we commit to providing an inclusive and discrimination-free workplace.
