




Job Summary: The multi-industry Business Development Manager is responsible for managing end-user and prospective accounts to generate sales opportunities, revenue, and ensure productive and profitable business relationships. More than 4 years of successful track record in information technology sales The multi-industry Business Development Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of existing and prospective end-user accounts—including government institutions, fintech enterprises, banks, and the public and private sectors broadly—to generate sales opportunities, revenue, and ensure productive and profitable business relationships for both customers and our company. Senior-level experience selling data platforms (CXO, VP, etc.) is required. Residency must be in Santiago, Chile. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and qualify business opportunities and potential Partners. * Work with Partners or directly to generate new commercial revenue, as well as help protect and grow the existing customer base. * Present InterSystems products and services, and build and develop the sales pipeline. * Plan and execute sales strategies to drive new revenue across verticals such as government, mining, or fintech. * Serve as the primary liaison between InterSystems and end customers; develop and strengthen business relationships by delivering high levels of service and fostering engagement with accounts at multiple organizational levels; * Lead internal teams and resources to effectively achieve sales objectives. * Maintain and strengthen the company’s business relationships with local partners, recommending adoption of our technology and seeking to expand its usage. **Qualifications:** * Knowledge of the information technology market and vendors. * Domain knowledge of software architecture, especially regarding key topics and trends affecting information systems—including, but not limited to, interoperability, analytics, standards, transactions, etc. * More than 4 years of successful track record in information technology sales * Proven experience selling software solutions to mid- and large-sized enterprises or institutions. * Experience identifying and developing partners. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Prior experience working in an information technology area or company. * Experience in government, fintech, or mining is a plus. **Education and Training:** * Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, preferably in Information Technology or Engineering. *This position is posted under Chilean Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities.
