




We are seeking a Torque Supervisor to lead auditing processes for tension, supervise torque in bolted joints, and liner changes in SAG and ball mills. The selected candidate will work in Buin and at mining sites, ensuring the correct application of controlled torque and compliance with quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision of controlled torque during liner changes in SAG and ball mills. * Auditing and verification of tension in structural bolts at mining sites. * Operation and management of hydraulic and pneumatic torque equipment. * Correction and adjustment of bolt tension, ensuring compliance with client-established parameters. * Supervision of field maintenance crews, guaranteeing efficient and safe execution of assigned tasks. * Preparation of technical reports after each site intervention, detailing work performed, analysis of applied torque, and improvement recommendations. * Management and reporting of site activities, including photographic records, measurements, and relevant data. * Coordination with clients and internal teams for torque audits and preventive/corrective maintenance activities. * Training and leadership of technical teams in the use and maintenance of controlled torque tools. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in controlled torque, maintenance of SAG and ball mills, or mechanical assembly supervision in mining. * Experience in torque and bolt tension supervision in structural bolts at mining sites. * Experience preparing technical reports related to torque and maintenance. * Availability to travel to mining sites as required by the position. * Class B driver's license (desirable). * Technical or professional education in related fields: Mechanical Technician, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (not mandatory). * Knowledge of mining safety regulations and industrial maintenance practices. **We Offer:** * Development opportunities within a company present in the mining industry. * Work in Buin and at major mining sites using state-of-the-art equipment. * A dynamic and collaborative environment with learning and growth opportunities. * Competitive employment conditions, aligned with market standards and candidate experience.
