Important mining services provider requires: **Senior Labor Relations Analyst V Region Los Andes** **General purpose of the position:** Carry out all duties inherent to the Personnel area at the site, providing necessary support on these matters to Contract Administrators and the HR Manager. Managing attendance lists and related evidence. * Perform administrative tasks for the area, such as maintaining attendance records, issuing HH reports, managing physical and digital personnel files for the site. * Keep client systems updated, such as Work Control, Workmate, etc. * Assist and cooperate with internal and external auditors, Labor Inspection, HSEC, and others assigned by the client. * Generate and monitor requisition statuses (vacancies), ensuring AS SOLD staffing control and obtaining all V*B* approvals for the site as required. * Carry out Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring processes according to pending requisitions on the Portal. * Inform the site start date of New Employees when requested. * Deliver salary settlements and obtain worker signatures to comply with current legal regulations. * Provide necessary information to manage payroll closures at month-end, including all supporting documentation and recorded evidence, within established deadlines. * Perform consolidated monitoring of contract expirations and inform supervision line for respective evaluation of potential contract renewal. * Generate contract addenda for the site, whether for fixed-term renewals, salary adjustments, or site transfers, obtaining signatures from HR Management and the employee. * Monitor expiration status of medical exams, contract addenda, safety courses, driver's licenses, ID cards, in order to keep client and company systems up to date. * Monitor expiration dates of medical exams, schedule appointments at least one month in advance, notify employees, and follow up until exams are obtained to update both client and company systems. * Generate corresponding reports for each HR Management area supervisor to consolidate monthly performance indicators. * Send to designated managers monthly reports on requisitions, personnel transfers, salary adjustments, and promotions. * Formally report and inform Management of any incidents occurring within or outside the legal framework that could impact stakeholders. * Keep updated and disseminate information about benefits the company has arranged with third parties for its employees. E.g. Compensation Fund, Bank Loans, Gym, etc. * Perform other duties inherent and associated to the position as assigned by direct supervisor. **Requirements:** * Education: University Professional or Technical degree of at least 8 semesters, related to Human Resources, Personnel Administration or similar fields from a Professional Institute or University. * Experience: 2 years in similar roles within mining or industrial companies. * Class B driver's license * Physical condition compatible with the position **Offered conditions:** * 4x3 work schedule * Direct company contract * Market-competitive salary
