Our mission is to provide specialized construction services in the fields of rehabilitation of existing structures (maintenance, repair, and reinforcement), as well as execution of highly technically specialized work on new projects. ### **DESCRIPTION** A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY requires hiring, on a part-time basis, a WAREHOUSE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST, who will be responsible for designing, organizing, and implementing the full operational framework of the corporate warehouse, ensuring proper control of materials, tools, equipment, and inventory. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \* Design and implement the warehouse structure and operations. \* Define processes for receiving, storage, dispatch, and return of materials. \* Implement inventory control and traceability systems. \* Establish procedures for material and tool coding, classification, and location. \* Design management indicators (KPIs) for stock control, turnover, and service levels. \* Coordinate warehouse commissioning and train involved personnel. \* Implement controls to minimize losses, shrinkage, and inventory discrepancies. \* Coordinate with Procurement, Supply, Operations, and Administration departments. \* Propose continuous improvements in logistics and warehouse management. REQUIREMENTS \* Professional or technical degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Execution Engineering, Construction, or related field. \* Minimum 5 YEARS of experience implementing warehouses or distribution centers, preferably in construction companies or infrastructure-related sectors. \* Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, procurement, and asset control. \* Experience implementing ERP systems and managing inventories, ideally Defontana or similar. \* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. \* Ability to develop procedures, manuals, and management indicators. \* Strong orientation toward order, planning, and continuous improvement.
