Position Summary: Oversee and monitor the night shift transportation operations, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with the company's planning standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Route tracking and reporting of area performance indicators. 2. Propose improvements to transportation processes and fleet tracking. 3. Inspection and control of documentation and use of PPE. Monitor and supervise the night shift of the transportation unit through fleet measurements and tracking, aiming to support adherence to shift planning, operational continuity, and compliance with the company's established standards and procedures. What You'll Do: Track the routes of assigned transportation trucks. Prepare and submit reports related to area performance indicator compliance, highlighting gaps and improvement opportunities. Close the shift by reporting contingencies, deviations, and the status of planned route execution, among other items. Propose improvements to transportation and fleet tracking processes. Conduct random inspections of documentation for personnel and external/internal transportation units entering the Main HUB facility. Ensure consistent and correct use of PPE by all external and internal transportation units entering loading/unloading operations within the Main HUB. Requirements What We Expect From You? ✨ Technical-professional education (e.g., Logistics Technician or related field) One year of experience in the role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate-level Excel) Desirable: Familiarity with Google tools Knowledge of transportation management systems (SITRAC, BRITAC) Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM; Saturday, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM Benefits We offer life insurance, supplementary insurance, catastrophic insurance, and dental insurance.
