A prominent logistics company seeks to hire an Operational Internal Control Assistant (CIOP) to work in the southern sector of Santiago. **Job Purpose:** Provide reporting to internal clients regarding tasks performed by CIOP teams (e.g., reconciliations, Smart Pinch, stowage, etc.), through extraction and analysis of data from company systems, to deliver key information supporting decision-making and contributing to achievement of organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Extract and analyze information from corporate systems to optimize management and efficiency across various work teams. * Collect documentation related to damage compensation claims via direct requests to the company’s Continuous Improvement department. * Review client payroll records at the end of each shift, notifying and/or correcting any loading errors. * Monitor received and dispatched client loading payroll records. * Deliver training to internal clients on CIOP-related processes. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Logistics, Management Control Analyst, or related field. * Experience and knowledge in the logistics field. * Familiarity with DLS, TOPdesk, Smart Pinch, and Power BI systems is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory requirement). **Corporate Benefits:** * Life insurance and supplementary health insurance. * Birthday leave day. * Special vacation allowance. * Year-end bonus and merchandise box for National Holidays and Christmas. * Scholarships for academic development. * Discount agreements with transportation, automotive maintenance and parts, ISAPREs, dental services, banking institutions, and other companies.
