




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for the transportation industry, responsible for recording, controlling, and validating operational and administrative information to support process improvement. Participation in a dynamic environment with constant challenges At **Gran Americas Santiago Chile S.A.**, we are looking for a **Data Entry Clerk** to join our transportation industry team. This position is critical to ensuring accurate recording, control, and validation of operational and administrative information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Enter, update, and maintain maintenance schedule records according to planned schedules and vehicle mileage, accurately and systematically. * Enter, control, and validate documentary information associated with operational processes (work orders in the maintenance management system). * Coordinate with various departments the scheduling of buses for maintenance services without disrupting operations. * Prepare and issue reports on compliance, costs, and fleet availability. * Support the control and tracking of administrative documentation. * Contribute to process improvement through data analysis and review. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in data entry or similar administrative roles. * Proficiency in data management tools (Excel and record-keeping systems). * Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Communication and teamwork abilities. * Prior experience in transportation industry companies is desirable but not mandatory. * Availability to work rotating shifts (5x2 and 6x1), including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as scheduled by the department (note: both shift patterns must be fulfilled as required). * Availability to work in: Puente Alto. **Benefits** * Collaborative and friendly work environment. * Participation in a dynamic environment with constant challenges.
