Supervise and verify work teams and resource requests necessary for service delivery at an assigned site, ensuring operational continuity of contractually agreed services, all within technical standards, service quality, safety, and service-related procedures. Our goal is to generate a positive impact on society and contribute to the well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities where we operate. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and verify schedules, shifts, and attendance records for personnel assigned to the shift. * Supervise and verify tasks scheduled for service delivery. * Supervise and verify conditions, usage, and status of tools, supplies, and equipment required for the service. * Supervise and verify usability of service management control systems and personnel administration applications. * Record and verify consumption, portions, supplies, and wastage involved in the service. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Administration or related field. * Availability to work rotating 5x2 shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
