SENIOR PROJECTS AND STUDIES ENGINEER \- QUILICURA Role Objective: Lead, facilitate, and coordinate the management of strategic projects within Komatsu Chile's Operations Division, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic pillars. The role requires mobilizing multidisciplinary teams without direct authority, promoting collaboration, commitment, and organizational value creation through proactive, technical, and strategic management. Main Responsibilities: Manage the complete project lifecycle, from initiation through closure, including post-implementation follow-up. Develop business cases for projects when applicable. Monitor and report on project progress, providing visibility into achieved milestones, identifying associated risks, and managing mitigation plans. Manage interactions and scope overlaps between projects, fostering synergies and resource optimization within the Mining Operations Division. Coordinate and facilitate collaborative work sessions, planning, monitoring, and project evaluation. Act as a change facilitator, supporting the adoption of new practices, technologies, and processes within the organization. Manage documentation generated by assigned projects. Project Management, Change Management, and/or Strategic Planning diplomas or courses are desirable. Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management experience. Experience in service provider companies for the mining industry is desirable. Experience in project evaluation and management, mobilizing related departments. Requirements: Intermediate level in Office and Excel. Intermediate Power BI skills. Intermediate Smartsheet skills (or equivalent tools such as Trello, Jira, Project). Knowledge of PMI methodologies and agile frameworks (Scrum or others); OKR knowledge is desirable. Knowledge of change management methodologies (Kotter, ADKAR, or similar). Intermediate English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading). Other Requirements: Availability to work hybrid in Quilicura (2\-3 days onsite, with flexibility according to position requirements). Willingness to travel to mine sites and have compatible health status (approximately 5 times per year).
