The candidate will collaborate on a digital transformation initiative requiring solid technical knowledge, good integration practices, and experience in distributed environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Stefanini LATAM is looking for a Backend Developer to join a digital transformation project in the banking sector, focusing on microservices development and API management Mode: Remote, with periodic in-person meetings Industry: Banking Location: Santiago de Chile Responsibilities and Attributes: * Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and Darwin. * Manage, expose, and consume APIs via APIGEE, including security policies, monetization, and usage analytics. * Participate in digital transformation initiatives focused on integration and scalability. * Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure efficient solutions. * Implement automated testing and apply best development practices. * Document processes, technical decisions, and integration flows. Requirements and Competencies: * +3 years of backend development experience. * Proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot v2/v3, and microservices architecture. * Experience with Darwin. * Advanced knowledge of APIGEE: proxies, security (OAuth2, API Key, JWT), quotas, traffic control, and monetization. * Experience with RedHat, GitHub, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI). * Automated testing with JUnit, Mockito, among others.
