Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring product receiving, storage, and dispatch while maintaining high standards of organization, safety, and inventory accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Manages daily operations of receiving, storage, and dispatch. 2. Controls inventory and ensures stock accuracy. 3. Leads and trains the warehouse and dispatch team. **Job Objective:** To plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring correct receiving, storage, control, and dispatch of products, maintaining high standards of organization, cleanliness, safety, and inventory accuracy, optimizing available physical and human resources to guarantee operational continuity and customer service levels. **Main Responsibilities:** **Operational Management** Supervise and coordinate daily activities related to goods receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch. Ensure compliance with company-defined operational procedures and standards. Efficiently manage warehouse human and material resources to ensure operational continuity. Coordinate and prioritize dispatches and deliveries according to commercial and operational requirements. **Inventory Control** Execute and supervise rotating and general inventories. Ensure physical stock accuracy versus system records. Identify and manage inventory discrepancies, proposing corrective actions. Ensure proper product identification, location, and traceability. **Organization, Safety, and Maintenance:** Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of storage areas. Optimize rack, shelving, and warehouse layout to improve operational efficiency. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company assets. Supervise order, cleanliness, and operational status of delivery vehicles (1 small truck and 2 vans). Operate forklifts when required and ensure their proper use. Promote compliance with safety regulations and risk prevention standards. **Leadership and Coordination:** Supervise, organize, and support warehouse staff / dispatchers. Assign tasks and monitor adherence to timelines and work quality. Train personnel on operational procedures and best logistics practices. Maintain constant communication with commercial, procurement, and administrative departments. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Technical or higher-level qualification in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations. Experience leading operational teams. Desirable experience in spare parts, bearings, industrial supplies, or similar industries. **Technical Knowledge:** Inventory and storage control. Receiving and dispatch processes. ERP or inventory system proficiency. Basic/intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge of warehouse space optimization and layout design. Valid Class B driver’s license. Compliance with safety and organization standards. **General Conditions:** On-site work. Full-time schedule. Active participation in operational tasks when contingencies require it.
