At **Progesys**, a recruitment and selection specialist firm, we are seeking a **General Services Operator** for a major company, responsible for ensuring the daily operation of the building and its facilities, coordinating maintenance, vendors, general services, and operational support across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: * Perform minor and major maintenance tasks on the building and infrastructure (painting, basic plumbing, adjustments, repairs). * Supervise external service providers: security, cafeteria, maintenance, and other contracted services. * Conduct daily operational control: security personnel, checklists, wet pipe systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency protocols. * Administer leased vehicle fleet: assignments, mileage tracking, maintenance, and operational monitoring. * Coordinate internal general services and operational support in Puerto Montt and Antofagasta. * Prepare meeting rooms, support internal logistics, handle material loading/unloading, and receive vendors. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in common and outdoor areas. Requirements: * Academic background: Technical degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering in Management, Construction Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, painting, infrastructure). * Proficiency in **Excel** and contract administration. * **Class B driver’s license** (Class D license is also desirable). Offer: * Fixed-term contract for 3 months, followed by an indefinite-term contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday until 3:10 p.m. (occasional Saturday work may be required). * Competitive market-based salary. * On-site work mode in Quilicura. * Benefits: IPC-based salary adjustment, supplementary health insurance, shuttle buses, cafeteria, year-end bonuses, and school bonus.
