In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of the Quality Management System in pharmaceutical distribution, including qualifications and validations of areas, equipment, containers, and IT systems. You will provide technical support to storage and distribution operations by establishing quality guidelines for operations and monitoring their implementation. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Responding to all customer requirements and inquiries, as well as participating in audits conducted by customers. * Maintaining the Quality Management System based on current Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) applicable to storage and distribution areas, including issuing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Implementing and maintaining validation, qualification, calibration, and maintenance of facilities, processes, systems, equipment, and instruments in pharmaceutical distribution. * Participating in developing the Training Matrix and Annual Training Program, and managing authorizations for these documents. * Monitoring compliance with the established Quality Management System for pharmaceutical storage and distribution operations through internal inspections and reporting inspection findings to management. * Identifying and correcting deviations from the Quality Management System, maintaining records of deviations and complaints. * Issuing Change Control records for pharmaceutical distribution and participating in implementing changes to logistics operations by providing quality standards-based guidance. * Supervising receipt and return of legally controlled products, ensuring inspection of packages and/or products to identify possible adulterations, which must be reported to the product registration holder, while also complying with current sanitary regulations. Signing controlled goods dispatch guides for legally regulated products. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * University degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
