Position Characteristics: A problem-solving, empathetic Executive with strong oral communication skills, responsible for in-person public service, practicing active listening and proactively managing customer requests at our service center located on Agustinas Street. The role aims to deliver comprehensive service, guiding customers in using their health plan and maximizing benefits under our preferred offerings, while ensuring compliance with agreements with healthcare providers.
