An important Retail company is looking for fashion enthusiasts to become our next Visual Merchandising and join our work team in Antofagasta Main Responsibilities: * Responsible for the correct product presentation in the store and compliance with the brand's VM standards. * Execute full store refreshes / VM updates, window display changes, fixture updates, and implement Visual Merchandising guidelines. * Perform adaptations in different areas of the store according to stock availability. * Ensure organization in the backroom. * Assist in customer service and sales processes. * Collaborate with general store tasks (organization, cleaning, etc.). Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in Retail * Studies in clothing design, interior design, or related fields.
