Additionally, this job posting falls under Law No. 21.015, which encourages the hiring of persons with disabilities. **Job Mission:** Supervise and coordinate slab formwork operations, controlling deadlines, quality, safety, and timely delivery for reinforcement placement and concrete pouring. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the fabrication of slab formwork. * Plan the stages of formwork installation and reinforcement placement. * Monitor compliance with deadlines, budget, quality, and safety standards. * Receive, deliver, and maintain formwork in good condition. * Lead and supervise the crew assigned to slab-related tasks. **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising slab formwork on construction sites. Knowledge of formwork installation, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring processes. Ability to plan and coordinate work crews. Capacity to monitor deadlines, quality, safety, and on-site budget.
