Position Summary: We are seeking a VAS Operations Coordinator to lead the operational team and contribute to planning, timely fulfillment of nutritional conditioning requirements, and process improvement at a Distribution Center. "A world powered by logistics. A company powered by our people." We are currently seeking a **VAS Operations Coordinator** for the **Enea, Pudahuel** site. In this role, you will make a real impact on site performance by contributing to the planning and timely execution of Nutritional Conditioning activities. Additionally, you will influence site quality indicators, analyze information, support continuous improvement projects, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective execution of Distribution Center processes. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the VAS operational team, allocating tasks and prioritizing conditioning activities according to the plan agreed upon with the customer. * Analyzing productivity, capacity, and demand data across various account processes. * Proposing KPIs and improvement plans to meet production targets. * Developing and updating work instructions for processes. * Optimizing line operations by planning processes and proposing efficiency improvements. * Supporting Gembas Go Green, Gembas Safety, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) tracking, deviation management, change control implementation, and other related activities.
