Minimum 36 months of professional experience in areas related to the management, design, implementation, and monitoring of digital products and/or services. b. Demonstrable experience participating in at least five projects applying agile methodologies such as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner. c. Experience in at least one project applying user-centered design methodologies (UX). d. Experience in at least one project developing products using the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach. e. Experience in at least one project applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or other adapted agile practices). f. Experience in at least one project planning and coordinating multidisciplinary teams (design, development, QA, business), managing timelines, risks, and deliverables. g. Experience in at least one project managing functional and technical requirements, ensuring traceability between business needs and implemented solutions. h. Experience in at least one project tracking usage and adoption metrics to support data-driven decision-making. i. A professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Public Administration, or related fields. Courses: a. Current certifications/diplomas/master’s programs in agile methodologies, especially Scrum, with a focus on Product Owner and/or Scrum Master.
