Coordinate with various customer/supplier departments for continuous process improvement. Facilitate the comprehensive testing process, ensuring time to market, end-customer satisfaction, and readiness of assisted and self-service support channels. \- Perform requirements analysis for Products and Services. \- Define and execute test management. \- Measure the quality of implementation of Products and Services. \- Define processes in Customer Service Channels for Products and Services. \- Conduct and execute continuous improvement of processes. \- Establish coordination with different functional areas to carry out end-to-end testing certification. Actively participate in the various stages of product development to ensure understanding of scope and impact. \- Lead and implement SERNAC and SUBTEL policies.
