The purpose is to deliver direct care to hospitalized patients according to the nursing care plan developed by registered nurses, while also assisting in procedures and techniques performed by nurses and/or physicians; ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times. Responsibilities: 1\. Provide supportive care for low-complexity cases to fulfill the daily nursing schedule and adequately meet patients' needs. 2\. Support and collaborate with nurses in procedures and diagnostic tests performed on patients. 3\. Actively participate in unit shift handovers, reporting nursing activities and relevant patient events during the shift both orally and in writing. 4\.
