Professional Training At Progesys, a company specialized in personnel recruitment, we are looking to hire a Lead Management Executive for a client operating in the mutual insurance sector. Main responsibilities include: * Generate the first contact with potential customers for the organization. * Complete databases with enterprise contact information, then call them to present basic company information to attract customers. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Professional Training * Excel proficiency * Outlook proficiency Conditions: * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break) * Net salary: $600,000 * Hybrid work schedule * When working on-site, lunch is provided by the company
