The purpose of this role is to fully represent the JAC brand, managing the relationship with the factory, product development, market positioning, and after-sales support. This position will be key to the profitable and sustainable growth of the truck business, ensuring a competitive value proposition aligned with the needs of the Chilean market. **What you will do** * Manage the JAC brand in Chile from importation, negotiation with the factory, definition of product mix, commercial development, and after-sales support. * Develop commercial, marketing, and pricing strategies based on market analysis, competition, and demand behavior. * Coordinate invoicing to dealers and direct customers, as well as the corresponding administrative documentation. * Coordinate logistical and administrative processes for fixed assets (permits, registration, loan agreements). * Support the retail sales team with training and technical-commercial assistance. * Manage and monitor dealer performance: reporting, bonus validation, floorplanning. * Analyze market prices, report market share, turnover, satisfaction, and profitability indicators. * Plan factory purchases according to turnover, stock levels, and forecasts. * Negotiate prices with the factory to maintain competitiveness. * Coordinate warranty processes in accordance with factory guidelines. **About you** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Ideally prior experience as a Product Manager in the truck or transportation products sector. * Degree in Business Engineering or related field. * Advanced Excel skills and intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of SAP. * High adaptability, analytical thinking, and results orientation. * Strategic vision, planning skills, and autonomy in commercial management. * Availability to travel. * Class B driver's license. **Vacancy information:** * **Workplace:** Quilicura. * **Modality:** On-site. * **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:45.
