Responsibilities: * Provide continuous and specialized support for the hospital's overall ICT operations, solving issues related to installation, repair, and maintenance of workstations associated with the hospital’s internal or outsourced IT solutions, either by phone, in person, or remotely, while generating documentation in the work log within the ICT support team's helpdesk software. 5\. Requirements: * 1 year of experience. * Technical degree in an Information Technology field. * Desired specialization studies: * o Networks and telephony * o Server and services administration * o Email administration * o Operating systems * o Hardware and software in general
