The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating project service contracts, managing legal risks, and supporting corporate and regulatory compliance matters according to geographic location. This position will be key to strengthening contractual management, ensuring legal compliance in the region, and supporting ConeTec’s sustainable growth in Latin America. The candidate is expected to act with autonomy, ethics, and commitment to the company's legal and reputational protection. **Key Responsibilities** * Review, draft and negotiate service contracts with clients, subcontractors, international agreements, NDAs, contracts and similar documents. * Analyze and manage contract variations, claims, and contractual changes in projects, ensuring risk mitigation and resource optimization. * Develop and maintain standard contract templates and legal manuals ("playbooks") for Chile and the region. * Advise Finance, Operations and HR teams on contractual obligations, labor relations and vendor management. * Support corporate matters: subsidiary formation, corporate registrations, board minutes, regulatory compliance and data protection. * Identify legal and regulatory risks specific to Chile, Peru and Brazil, and propose mitigation strategies. * Coordinate with external legal advisors on litigation, arbitration and specialized matters (tax, labor, environmental, among others).
