If you are passionate about cooking, have experience in food handling and collective catering, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities** Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and implement hygiene standards for food preparation; Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, and sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, milk and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and other ingredients as required. Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including meal preparation and cooking. Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. On-site meals. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Requirements:** Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cafeterias at clinics or high-volume hospitals (more than 1,000 meals per day). Secondary-level education in gastronomy, collective catering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering. Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. Availability to work rotating shifts.
