You will assist with assignment documentation, provide guidance on policies, and coordinate relocation services with various providers. Your role as the primary point of contact for employee relocations will help Bechtel mobilize top talent worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Serve as the primary point of contact for employees relocating to international assignments. * Coordinate service providers for household goods shipments, pre-assignment medicals, immigration, tax services, and destination services. * Collect and conduct preliminary review of individual documents required for immigration processing. * Prepare corporate documents required for immigration processing. * Prepare and explain assignment and employment documents, including offer letters, recitals, and assignment compensation calculations, in accordance with policies and approved assignment conditions. * Administer receipt of applicable documents, submissions, and monitoring of processes to obtain assignment mobilization authorization. * Explain assignment expense processing and reimbursement policies. * Interact with other teams as appropriate, including Expatriate Tax, Human Resources Operations, Benefits, national and international payroll teams, Security, Expense Management, etc. * Continuously update mobility management software throughout the assignment process for tracking and status updates as needed. **Requirements: Education and Experience:** ---------------------------------------- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** ------------------------------------------- * Previous experience in global mobility, immigration, or general Human Resources. * Basic knowledge of international relocation concepts and expatriate compensation components. * Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. * Demonstrated ability to effectively manage high-volume workloads, focusing on data integrity. * Must have legal right to work in Chile without visa sponsorship. **Benefits:** --------------- For decades, Bechtel has worked to inspire the next generation of Engineers—and beyond!
