




AVOS Tech, a company with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is looking for a Computer Engineer or related field professional for the position of On-Premise Project Manager. Objective: * We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience managing On-Premise technology infrastructure projects. * The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising physical and logical infrastructure projects within a complex environment, ensuring project objectives regarding time and quality are met. * The ideal profile should consist of 70% Multidisciplinary Technical expertise and 30% Management. Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of experience managing on-premise IT infrastructure projects. * Minimum of 10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, including work with Operating Systems (Linux, Windows), Identity Management, Oracle and SQLServer databases, HA Proxy load balancers, reverse proxies, and networks (Firewalls, Switches). * Solid knowledge of server hardware, storage (SAN/NAS), networking (switching, routing, firewalls), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and backup solutions. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills. * Results-oriented, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Desirable: * Desired certifications: PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, Cisco, VMware, among others. * Experience in infrastructure migrations, implementations, consolidations, infrastructure upgrades for business applications, data centers, or implementation of hybrid environments. * Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Suite and Jira. * Knowledge of WebLogic. Responsibilities: * Lead the planning, design, and implementation of On-Premise infrastructure projects (servers, networks, storage, applications, etc.). * Monitor project progress with clients and technical departments. * Translate architectural technical requirements to various technical teams for project implementation. * Prepare project documentation (schedules, technical designs, progress reports, risks, changes, etc.). * Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project development. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, security regulations, and best infrastructure practices. * Provide regular project status updates and reports to management. * Experience working with Agile methodologies.
