Within the **IT Department** and as part of the **Infrastructure Services team for LATAM**, your mission will be to maintain **functional, secure, accessible, and efficient** platforms, overseeing IT infrastructure across multiple sites and closely collaborating with regional and corporate teams. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Keep technological services supporting the business operational. * Ensure security, accessibility, and performance of the IT infrastructure. * Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents. * Manage systems: servers, backups, and data recovery. * Manage **WAN, SDWAN, LAN** networks (Fortinet, Cisco). * Implement and reinforce **cybersecurity policies**. * Document technical processes and user manuals. * Coordinate projects, manage vendors, and support strategic decision-making. * Collaborate with regional and international interdisciplinary teams. **Our Ideal Candidate** ----------------------- You are a person with **solid technical experience**, organized, open-minded, and autonomous.
