**DESCRIPTION** --------------- We are seeking to hire a highly motivated, top-tier Infrastructure Implementation Technician to join our growing network scaling team. The role's responsibilities involve provisioning hardware, configuring, and establishing fiber connectivity for interdependent scaling projects across multiple data center sites. The Network Technician will work closely with internal clients and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution in coordination with Technical Program Managers. Our ideal candidate is highly autonomous, extremely detail-oriented, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, and has significant experience supporting large-scale enterprise networks. They will be highly competent in all aspects of network hardware, software, and fiber connectivity installation and troubleshooting, combined with a proven project delivery methodology. This position will operate with minimal supervision to drive stability and sustainability in our next-generation networks and assist in developing innovative ways to automate and scale our network as we expand. Infrastructure Implementation Technicians are expected to work within established best practices to refine operational procedures, develop new tools, and consistently think proactively and innovatively. The desire and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and collaborative environment are essential for success. The technician will be based in Santiago, however, remote support to other Data Centers in the region will also be required when necessary. The role will be responsible for the daily management of server, network equipment, and cabling incidents.
