Provide technical support and manage access A reputable company is looking to hire an IT Operations Analyst to support the operation, administration, and support of technological infrastructure; the primary focus of this role is hands-on cloud infrastructure and operations on AWS, especially in production environments and critical platforms. Responsibilities Support server, network, and technology platform administration. Perform system monitoring and incident detection. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users. Manage user accounts, access, and permissions. Execute data backups and data recovery processes. Collaborate in implementing information security policies. Document technical processes and procedures. Support operational continuity and incident management in production environments. Participate in observability, monitoring, and infrastructure troubleshooting tasks.
