This role will play a key part in overseeing and ensuring the proper execution of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines, guaranteeing technical compliance, adherence to construction sequencing, and effective interdisciplinary coordination. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and oversee sanitary, electrical, fire protection (PCI), and low-voltage installations for the project. * Directly supervise on-site progress and correct execution by contractors for each specialty. * Verify compliance with defined construction sequences and technical standards for the project. * Support planning, scheduling, and review of contracts related to installations. * Maintain order, traceability, and effective coordination among all involved specialties. **Experience Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience in building installation works. * Proven experience in on-site execution control. * Knowledge and practical expertise in sanitary, electrical, fire protection (PCI), HVAC, and low-voltage systems. * Experience in planning and coordinating specialty contracts. **Requirements:** Civil Engineer or related degree. 3–5 years of experience in building installation works.
