Job Summary: Technical Support Analyst responsible for responding to customer requests, handling hydraulic systems, and conducting product validation tests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to internal/external customer requests. 2. Handle systems with hydraulic and electro-hydraulic actuators. 3. Conduct on-site product validation tests and provide technical support. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST As a technical-commercial function, respond to internal/external customer requests from an operational perspective. Must possess knowledge of systems with simple hydraulic actuators, electro-hydraulic actuators, cylinders, and pumps for fluid movement in equipment used both during installation and testing of fortification elements. Conduct on-site product validation tests and provide technical support to ensure compliance with such tests under safety safeguards and quality standards. Maintain effective communication with external/internal customers. Preferably, ability to interpret and generate drawings related to structures, fortification schematics, and basic geomechanical interpretation.
