The Service Management Office (SMO – Delivery) is a critical pillar within our Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) delivery portfolio. Role We seek a customer\-facing professional with strong analytical skills and excellent communication capabilities who has proven expertise in delivery control and extensive vendor management experience. This role is pivotal to ensuring operational excellence throughout project execution by coordinating end\-to\-end delivery activities that guarantee customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with KPIs. The incumbent will also manage supplier relationships efficiently alongside cost control efforts while facilitating seamless communication among internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities **On\-site Client Meetings** * Coordinate and lead regular meetings with clients, including key accounts such as the Public Ministry, ensuring alignment between client expectations, supplier delivery, and internal operations. * Facilitate monthly service review sessions with active clients to assess performance, compliance with deliverables, and identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, tracking action items and ensuring timely follow\-up. **Supplier Meetings** * Manage weekly operational meetings with service providers to monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays. * Oversee escalated issues and ensure resolution in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders. * Ensure supplier compliance with spare equipment inventory management and service\-level agreements (SLAs). * Negotiate and document additional or out\-of\-scope services required to meet client commitments. **Internal Lenovo Management** * Coordinate with internal Lenovo teams to validate service delivery, equipment handling, and project milestones. * Monitor and ensure timely processing of purchase orders (POs) and service orders (SOs) related to active Deals. * Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to formalize client billing and supplier payments. * Support internal reporting and documentation efforts to maintain operational transparency and compliance. **Additional Duties** * Support the operational closure of completed or extended projects, including logistics and administrative validation. * Review and validate technical processes such as equipment diagnostics, repairs, secure data erasure, and asset removal. * Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports (e.g., traffic, MDA, service performance) based on supplier inputs. * Monitor service compliance and proactively identify gaps or risks in deliverables. **Required Skills \& Competencies** * Solid experience in operations, service delivery, or project coordination. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. * Experience with billing processes, cost control, and supplier management. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * 2 years of experience in operations, service management, or project coordination. * Familiarity with IT equipment lifecycle and service contracts. * Experience working in multinational or matrixed environments is a plus.
