What will you do? \- Prepare and configure new equipment (macOS, Windows, Linux) using JumpCloud, applying security policies and configurations. \- Manage the equipment lifecycle, disabling and decommissioning outgoing users' devices with secure data deletion. \- Administer and create user accounts in JumpCloud, assigning permissions and access to work tools. \- Provide first and second level technical support (tickets, chat, in-person) for hardware, software, and system access. \- Diagnose and resolve access issues to applications, productivity platforms, and cloud services (SSO, MFA in JumpCloud). \- Provide in-person office assistance for connectivity issues, configuration problems, and equipment failures. \- Ensure compliance with security policies on all equipment (encryption, updates, passwords) established in JumpCloud. \- Maintain an updated record of the company's hardware and software inventory.
