Job mission: Execute and maintain incident records related to IT support, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the technological infrastructure. The goal is to ensure service quality and continuity of the company's operational and administrative processes. Main responsibilities: Record and keep updated the inventory of IT infrastructure and software. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the technological infrastructure. Provide technical support to users and corporate systems. Requirements: Degree in Computer Technician or Engineering. 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support (ideally in industrial or production environments). Availability for rotating shifts. Required technical skills: Windows 10/11 operating systems and basic experience in Active Directory. Basic network configuration (TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, Ubiquiti AP, Hikvision).
