**What are we looking for?** Business Analyst **Your main responsibilities:** We require a Mid-level Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in Flexcube and 3 years of experience in Banking. **Functional knowledge of Oracle Flexcube** * Understanding of key modules: Core Banking, Accounts, Credit, Treasury, Payments, etc. * Knowledge of banking processes: Account opening, transactions, loans, interest, etc. * Configuration of financial products within Flexcube. * Understanding of parameterization and workflows. **Technical skills** * SQL/PLSQL: To query databases, validate data, and prepare test scripts. * JIRA / HP ALM / TestRail: For test case and defect management. * Test automation (optional but valued): * Tools such as Selenium, UFT, or TestComplete. * Scripting knowledge (Java, Python, VBScript). * Test data handling: Creation, anonymization, validation in non-production environments. **Soft skills:** * Attention to detail. * Ability to analyze functional requirements. * Effective communication with developers and business users. * Clear and accurate documentation.
