Register and manage requests in the ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve software, network, and telephony issues. Configure equipment according to company standards. Perform preventive maintenance and case follow-ups. \&\#128313; Requirements: Technical or Professional degree in Networking and Communications, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or networking. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday). \&\#128313; Conditions: 44-hour weekly schedule. Shifts are rotating, from Monday to Sunday with 2 free days per week and 2 free Sundays per month.
