At **MT Distribuidora Ltda.**, a company dedicated to the sale and distribution of frozen, refrigerated, and dry food products, we are seeking an **Order Entry Clerk** to join our **Customer Management Department.** Your main responsibilities * Contact customers from our internal portfolio to understand their needs and offer products from our catalog. * Enter and manage orders in the ERP system (**Odoo**). * Prepare **commercial reports** and support sales management. * Handle **customer inquiries or complaints**, always seeking the best solution. * Coordinate with **warehouse and logistics** to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. * Assist with other administrative and commercial tasks as required. What we are looking for * Experience in **customer service** (in-person or over the phone). * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Excel**. * Experience with **any ERP system** (preferably Odoo, SAP, or similar). * Organizational skills, good communication, and service orientation. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
