At Sodexo Chile, we are looking for a kitchen assistant for the commune of Mostazal. Responsibilities * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and comply with hygiene standards for product preparation; * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. Schedules: 5x2 or 6x1, Monday to Sunday **Standard Shift: 5x2** * Monday and Tuesday: 08:00–18:00 hrs. * Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 08:00–17:00 hrs. **Possibility of 6x1 schedule (based on operational needs)** * Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 08:00–16:30 hrs. * Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 08:00–15:30 hrs. **Rotating shifts (if activated)** * Evening shift: 16:30–01:00 hrs. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in food handling. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering. * Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Residence in the commune of Mostazal or nearby areas.
