Position Mission: Monitor the flow of purchase documents and their proper validation with SII, ensuring accuracy in accounting records and supporting monthly accounting closings. Main Responsibilities: Recording and validating supplier invoices and DTEs. Managing the purchase ledger and reconciliations with SII. Controlling and recording credit notes and daily settlements. Managing supplier payments. Analyzing and reconciling purchase accounting accounts. Assisting in monthly balance closings. Administrative and accounting management using ERP systems (preferably Oddo). Desired Profile Education: Accountant, Technical Degree in Administration with a focus on finance, or Auditor.
